Uniglobe Diamond Travel is a trading name of Schofield Diamond Travel Ltd, which holds a franchise from Uniglobe Travel (International) Inc., the third largest business travel agency organisation in the world with over 1,200 office locations. As specialists in business travel, we combine the dedication and commitment of local ownership with the training, support and international strength of a £2,000 million pa organisation.
The Warrington head office was established in 1992 by Nigel and Jeni Schofield and serves both National Accounts and our clients in the NorthWest.
In 2004 Uniglobe Diamond purchased the Northenden Travel Group offering both a specialist Business Travel service and Leisure operations, trading as the Cheshire Travel Centre, Far East Gateways, Fanfare Events, USA Sportstours, Orchid travel, Diamond Bridge and Holidays for Golfers.
Formerly Marketing Director for Manchester Airport and Vice President of Marketing for British Aerospace, Managing Director Nigel Schofield has used his knowledge and experience of the travel industry to the benefit of all the clients of Uniglobe Diamond Travel. The numerous industry contacts has helped in the process of rate negotiation and resolution to issues encountered by our travelling clients.
This exceptional advantage has naturally been harnessed within the Uniglobe organisation, so unusually within the North West, the Managing Director of a business travel management company is regularly involved in negotiations at the highest level with the world’s leading travel providers.
