ITINERARIES

If you want to see the itinerary for your forthcoming trip click here, then enter the reference number for the trip which our consultants will provide on request, and your surname.

The reference is required for security reasons, but if you pass this number to your colleagues, they will be able to see your planned itinerary.

The itinerary will confirm air, car hire and hotel reservations, departure times, latest check in times, seat allocation, frequent flyer registrations, airport terminal etc. The information may be printed off or e-mailed direct to whoever you choose.

RAIL TIME-TABLES

If you want to know train times, click here. Click on 'Timetable', enter your start and end points and chosen departure or arrival time to see what train will best suit you.

You can decide whether you are prepared to change trains en route or if you want a direct service.

DO I NEED A BROLLY OR SUNSCREEN?

If you want to know the weather in your destination, in the Main Menu click on Travel Tools and Information, then click on Weather and follow the link to the BBC's 'Weather Search' facility.
 
IN NEED OF DIRECTIONS?

If you want a map to locate your hotel or the way to a meeting, first make sure you know the post-code or foreign equivalent, then go to the Main Menu, click on 'Travel Tools and Information'. Now click on 'Direction Finder', then click on the link to the 'Mapquest' webpage.

For a full colour map to e.g. our Warrington offices, just enter United Kingdom on the drop-down bar, then the post-code WA4 6PS in the City/Zip-code box.

The maximise button shows the full area to be printed or e-mailed.

WANT TO E-MAIL A MESSAGE TO A CONSULTANT?

If you want to e-mail a booking enquiry to one of our consultants, just click on the 'Book it Now' button on the front page, followed by 'Book it via Agency', then fill in the form and e-mail to us for action.

MAKING DIARY PLANS?

If you want to check the airline flight schedules and current availability just click on the 'Book it Now' button on the front page, then follow the online booking section link, log-in and search through the live data showing flight schedules and availability. 

This facility can be used purely for browsing.
