Uniglobe Diamond Travel is a trading name of Schofield Diamond Travel Ltd, which holds a franchise from Uniglobe Travel (International) Inc., the third largest business travel agency organisation in the world with over 700 office locations. As specialists in business travel, we combine the dedication and commitment of local ownership with the training, support and international strength of a $2 billion pa organisation.
The Warrington head office serves National Accounts and our clients throughout the North West, while the Telford office serves our clients in the West Midlands. Both locations function as full service operations centres where tickets are produced on site for local distribution to clients.
Uniglobe Diamond Travel took over the Northenden Travel Group in July 2004.
The development takes the company into a new phase of growth. Already one of the largest independent business travel management companies in the country, Uniglobe Diamond Travel was established in 1992 by Nigel and Jeni Schofield and has previously concentrated on corporate travel.
The acquisition brings not only a multi-million pound addition to its corporate business, but also marks a significant entry into the leisure market as the Northenden Travel Group includes a range of leisure activities.
